Shipping
Shipping rates are based on shipping anywhere in Canada or anywhere to the contiguous 48 states. For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or countries outside of Canada or USA, email sales@e-koil.com.
Return policy
You may return ALL items sold by e-koil.com within 30 days of delivery. All e-koil bookbinding products (plastic spiral only, not equipment or covers) are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. You will also be responsible for freight charges; however, we will pay the return shipping cost and waive any re-stocking fee if the return is a result of our error.
All equipment systems returned must be insured for the original purchase amount. If the item is damaged and is not insured, you will be responsible for covering all damage costs.
To schedule a return of an item, please email returns@e-koil.com for an RMA number. This RMA number should be marked clearly on the outside of all returns.
